Privacy and Cookie Policy

Your trust matters more than any data. We collect as little as possible, use it only to help you, and we never sell, rent or trade your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
1. Who we are
This website, auraclewellness.com, is run by Auracle Wellness by Dr. Smitha Prabhakar, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Auracle Wellness", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Where it applies to visitors from the European Union or United Kingdom, we also follow the GDPR / UK GDPR.
2. What we collect
Information you choose to give us
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or social media, or enquire about a service, we receive what you send, for example:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- your company and role (for company wellness, CEO Reset or AI services);
- the details of your enquiry, booking or commission request;
- payment and invoicing details, when you buy a service (handled by a payment provider; we do not store card numbers).
Information collected automatically
- Technical logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts: our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser (see Cookies).
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics at present. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where required.
3. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange the services you ask for;
- to deliver coaching, sessions, programmes, workshops, AI setup projects or artwork you have agreed to;
- to send invoices, confirmations and service messages;
- to keep the website secure and working;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We will only send you newsletters or marketing messages if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Legal basis
We process your data because you asked us to (to take steps before or to perform a contract), because you gave consent (for example, optional cookies or marketing), because of a legal obligation (such as tax records), or because of our legitimate interest in running a secure website, always balanced against your rights.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order or a competent authority in the UAE.
6. Wellbeing information
Our services are wellbeing services, not medical care. Please do not send us medical records. If you choose to tell us about your health, stress or wellbeing so we can tailor a session safely, we treat it as sensitive: we use it only for that purpose, keep it confidential, and delete it when it's no longer needed.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a booking: up to 12 months.
- Client records: for the length of the service, then up to 5 years for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.
8. How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS, with strict security protections. Access to client information is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will tell you, and the authorities where required, if a breach affects you.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data (unless we must keep it by law);
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- move your data to another provider;
- withdraw consent at any time, including for cookies.
Email smithaprabhakar@auraclewellness.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or your local data protection authority.
10. Age limit: 18+
Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it. Programmes for schools or universities are arranged with the institution, which is responsible for any consent required.
11. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) are small pieces of data stored on your device. Here's exactly what we use:

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject, or choose in Settings and Save. You can change your mind at any time:

12. Other websites and apps
Our site links to our own apps (such as the Deep Rest app and the Auracle Art Portal), WhatsApp and social media. Those services have their own privacy terms, so please read them when you use them.
13. International transfers
Some providers listed above may store data outside the UAE. When that happens, we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards, as allowed under UAE law and, where it applies, the GDPR.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
